Linda Read Smith

Linda Read Smith of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Joe Read and Nora Cruise, was born October 20, 1942 in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 7:00 A.M., Friday, February 4, 2022 in Hodgenville. Age: 79 She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Campbellsville Baptist Church. Linda was a very private person, sewing was her favorite activity. Linda is survived by one daughter, Wanda Shirrell and companion, Eddie Nalley of Summersville; two grandchildren: Raymond Shirrell of Campbellsville, and Robert Shirrell of Greensburg; two brothers and four sisters: John Read, Delores Jeffries, Edna Read, Evalean Read, Josie Osborne, and Larry Read; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
