Thomas Glenwood Richerson of Campbellsville, son of the late Tommy Henry Richerson and Lena Jarboe Richerson, was born August 5, 1942 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died Sunday, August 15, 2021 at 6:50 P.M. at Campbellsville Nursing & Rehab. Age: 79 He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Liberty Cumberland Presbyterian Church. He worked for thirty-four years at Parker-Kalon and retired February 25, 2000. He was a loving husband, father, brother and uncle to all who knew him. He loved UK basketball and watching westerns. Glenwood united in marriage to Linda Kay Spear May 24, 1967 and they were married fifty-four years. Besides his wife, Linda Richerson of Campbellsville, Glenwood is survived by one adopted son, Steven Thomas Richerson of Campbellsville; sister-in-law, Brenda Argo and husband, David; nephews: Jay Allan and Andy Nash and wife, Kelly, all of Oklahoma; brother-in-law, Lonnie Spear and wife, Cathy; niece, Jennifer Spear Jenkins, all of Elizabethtown; five nephews: Ronnie Hayes and Tina Costello, Robbie Hayes and wife, Carol, Leslie Richerson and wife, Chun, Terry Richerson and wife, Gaynelle and Johnny Richerson and wife, Lisa, all of Campbellsville; best friends: Barry King, Bobby Cave and James Garner, all of Campbellsville. He was also preceded in death by his parents, Tommy Henry Richerson and Lena K. Jarboe Richerson; brother, Rev. Marion Robert “Bobby” Richerson; two sisters: Martha Jane Richerson and Lois Virginia Hayes.
