Tessie Tincher of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Ulysses Ramsey and Hazel Baker Ramsey, was born December 11, 1929 in Rockcastle County, Kentucky. She died at 2:15 P.M., Tuesday, March 9, 2021 in Campbellsville. Age: 91 She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Campbellsville Baptist Church. Tessie was a retired seamstress, having done sewing at Mitchell’s Men’s Store, Parks Belk Department Store and various other stores in downtown Campbellsville. She united in marriage to R. B. Tincher June 26, 1948 and he preceded her in death July 6, 2010. She enjoyed family time and get-togethers. Tessie is survived by two daughters and two sons: Patty Mays and husband, Joe of Campbellsivlle, LaTonya Bertram of Jeffersonville, Indiana, Benny Tincher and wife, Jeanie of Marco Island, Florida and Craig Tincher of Lexington; one daughter-in-law, Kathy Tincher of Batavia, Ohio; twelve grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; one sister, Vonda McKinney of Falmouth, Kentucky; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
