It is with great sadness that the family of Lindsey Ray Murray announces his passing on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at the age of 78 years following injuries sustained from a car accident. Lindsey was born and raised in Campbellsville and worked at Fruit of the Loom for more than forty years before retiring as supervisor of the bleach house. He was an avid golfer who loved spending time with his family and friends. He united in marriage to Jewell Yates October 20, 1973. He united in marriage to Jewell Yates October 20, 1973. Besides his wife, Jewell Murray of Georgetown, he is survived by two sons and two daughters: Crystal Ducker and husband, Scott of Georgetown, Ronnie Murray of Campbellsville, Peggy Murray of Indiana and Michael Murray of Campbellsville; seven grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
