John Alvin Humphress Jr.

John Alvin “Johnny” Humphress, Jr. of Campbellsville, son of the late John Alvin Humphress and Virginia Olene White Humphress, was born January 27, 1945. He died Thursday, June 15, 2023 in Campbellsville. Age: 78 He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Campbellsville Christian Church. John was the former owner of Action Sign Company. He is survived by two sons: John Humphress, III and significant other, Jeannie Clark of Campbellsville and Clifton Humphress and wife, Denise of Denver, Colorado; five grandchildren: Tyler Humphress, Henry Smith, Alex Humphress, Miles Humphress and Mia Humphress; five great-grandchildren: one brother: Donald Humphress and wife, Charlotte of Campbellsville; two sisters: Deloris Underwood of Hodgenville and Kathleen Campos and husband, Paul of California; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
