James ‘Richard’ Brockman of Campbellsville, son of the late Charles William Brockman and Mary Kathleen Underwood Brockman, was born March 14, 1948 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 1:50 A.M., Monday, October 17, 2022 in Campbellsville. Age: 74 He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Elk Horn Baptist Church. He united in marriage to Wanda J. Curry June 28, 1974. Richard was a hard worker, having retired as a truck driver, security guard and most recently as a hospitality van driver. He loved his church, gospel singing, bluegrass music and playing in the band with his friends. He enjoyed driving John Deere tractors in the Campbellsville 4th of July Parade, attending old car shows and watching Andy Griffin. He loved his family deep and unconditionally, spoiled his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and liked to crack jokes with friends and family. Besides his wife, Wanda J.
