James D. Russell of Campbellsville, son of the late James Thurman Russell and Maggie Pendleton Russell, was born December 4, 1934 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 4:07 P.M., Monday, May 11, 2020 in Campbellsville. Age: 85 He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Green River Memorial Baptist Church. Jimmy served his country honorably in the United States Army. He united in marriage to Judy Henderson December 22, 1962. Besides his wife, Judy Russell of Campbellsville, he is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Vic and Dana Russell of Campbellsville; one granddaughter, Amanda Russell of Renton, Washington; two sisters: Marine Caffee of Campbellsville and Marlene Gabehart of Franklin, Indiana; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
