Herbert England of Campbellsville, son of the late Ira Watson England and Sular Janes England was born January 18, 1924, in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 6:58 A.M., Sunday, October 14, 2018 in Campbellsville. Age: 94 He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Meadowview Baptist Church. He was a veteran of World War II having served his country honorably in the United States Navy. Herbert was a former general contractor. He united in marriage to Lucy Elizabeth Crawley England November 8, 1946. She preceded him in death January 21, 2015. He is survived by two sons and one daughter: Dr. Harold Ray England and wife, Leslie of Greenville, Larry Thomas England and wife, Betty Sue and Wanda Lynn Sapp and husband, Wayne of Campbellsville; seven grandchildren: Mary Elizabeth Potts and husband, Dale of Evansville, Jennifer Elkins and husband, Todd of Boiling Springs, South Carolina, Stoya Hastings and husband, Dustin of Murray, Laryessa Worthington and husband, Brent of Crofton, Maryland, Jason England and wife, Emily of Campbellsville, Josh Sapp and wife, Tasha of Fishers, Indiana and Shane Sapp and wife, Candice of Muhlenberg; nineteen great-grandchildren: Wesley, Samuel and Nolan Potts, Katheryn, Bella, Mingo and Owen Elkins, Elias and Lilly Ray Hastings, Haley and Kenzi England, Layla and Eliana Worthington, Kyler, Bailey and Hank Sapp, Madison, Meghan and Andrew A.J. Dye; two sisters-in-law: Margie England and Deloris England of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
