Essie Lee Scott Allen

Essie Lee Scott Allen of Louisville, daughter of the late Emmett Scott and Mattie Warren Scott, was born January 20, 1933 in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 9:30 A.M., Saturday, September 26, 2020 in Louisville. Age: 87 She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Poplar Grove United Methodist Church. Essie was a retired supervisor for Phillip Morris in Louisville. She loved her family very much and her dog, Jenna. She is survived by two sisters: Juanita Pike and Betty Skaggs and husband, David of Louisville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
