Edward Carroll Hunt of Campbellsville, son of the late John Dewey Hunt and Bessie Bennett Hunt, was born November 21, 1944 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 9:46 P.M., Wednesday, February 26, 2020 in Owensboro. Age: 75 He professed faith in Christ and was a former member of Mt. Gilboa Baptist Church and had attended Lowell Avenue Baptist Church when his health allowed. He served his country honorable in the United States Navy. Edward had been employed as a factory worker. He enjoyed writing songs as a past time and even had one published, recorded and broadcasted on the radio. He is survived by one brother, Dean Hunt and wife, Judy of Louisville; sister-in-law, Lita Hunt of Shepherdsville; brother-in-law, Glenfield Smith of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
