Edmond Trautman of Campbellsville, son of the late William Shelby Trautman and Ealon Rhynearson Trautman, was born September 1, 1921, in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 7:18 P.M., Wednesday, July 11, 2018 in Louisville. Age: 96 He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Liberty Baptist Church. He was a veteran of World Wart II having served his country honorably in the United States Army and was a member of Battery B 44th Field Artillery Battalion. Edmond retired from farming, which he loved and was considered by everyone to be “an all around good guy”. He united in marriage to Doris Gabehart December 9, 2009. Besides his wife, Doris Trautman of Campbellsville, he is survived by one sister, Mary Alice Jones of Louisville; a special nephew: Kevin Gabehart and wife, Lisa of Lebanon; and many other relatives and friends. Edmond was also preceded in death by one brother and two sisters: Marcus Trautman, Irene Clark and Myrtle Stubbs and a half-brother, Abb Puryear.
