Betty Lou Smith of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Haskel Brockman and Sadie Underwood Brockman, was born September 10, 1949 in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 5:00 A.M., Wednesday, October 23, 2024 in Campbellsville. Age: 75

She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Lowell Avenue Baptist Church.

Betty was a loving mother and grandmother and dearly loved all of her family. 

She was a retired employee of the Taylor County PVA Office and a former employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville. 

Betty united in marriage to Jimmy Smith January 1, 1972. 

Besides her husband, Jimmy Smith of Campbellsville, Betty is survived by one son and one daughter: Jason Smith and wife, Stephanie of Campbellsville and Tiffany Brock and husband, Marc of Lebanon; three grandchildren: Jenna Grace Smith of Richmond, Aiden Shawn Brock of Lebanon and Chase Craig of Campbellsville; one brother and one sister: Donald Brockman and Shirley Cox of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
