Anna Jean Peake Williams of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Alphonsus “Duck” Wethington and Angela “Ann” Wethington, was born July 26, 1944 in Marion County, Kentucky, but was raised in Clementsville. She died at 12:00 P.M., Thursday, March 1, 2018 in Campbellsville. Age: 73 Anna Jean professed faith in Christ and was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. Her faith in God gave her strength as she battled leukemia. She farmed for many years and later trained as a medical technician having worked in the offices of Dr. Henry Chambers and Dr. Jerome Dixon. Anna Jean loved gardening and country life. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family. She united in marriage to Larry Williams April 17, 1999. She and Larry enjoyed traveling, especially taking cruises. Besides her husband, Larry Williams of Campbellsville, she is survived by one son and one daughter: Brian Peake and wife, Janet of Elkhorn and Darlene Peake of Campbellsville; two step-children: Danny Williams and wife, Melissa and Jeff Williams and wife, Kathy of Campbellsville; two grandchildren: Megan Peake and Jared Peake of Elkhorn; three step-grandchildren: Danielle Smith and husband, Adam, Hanna Lobb and husband, Colton and Alic Williams of Campbellsville; two step-great-grandchildren: Addison Smith and Jonah Lobb of Campbellsville; one brother, Clifton Wethington and wife, Betty of Clementsville; seven sisters-in-law: Pat Wethington of Columbia, Shirley Noel of Elkhorn, Nancy Daugherty, Eleanor Caldwell, Wanda Buckman, Jeannie Daugherty and Sue Buckman and husband, Ronald of Lebanon; one brother-in-law, Ed Williams and wife, Jewell of Lebanon several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by one brother and one sister: Elaine Wethington and Jim “Duck” Wethington. VISITATION: 4:00 – 8:00 P.M.
