Curtis Phillips of Campbellsville, formerly of Tampa, Florida, son of the late Wayne Delmore Phillips and Phyllis Jean Kearney Phillips, was born July 22, 1967 in Jefferson County, Kentucky. He died at 3:00 A.M., Friday, September 1, 2017 in Campbellsville. Age: 50 He professed faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith. Curtis was a former clerk at Chevron Stations as well as a mechanic. He received a lot of enjoyment from fixing up old cars and from cheering on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
