Marita Warren Wright

Marita Warren Wright of Campbellsville, daughter of the late William McKinley Underwood and Lucretia Scott Underwood, was born December 23, 1938, in Larue County, Kentucky. She died at 6:32 A.M., Monday, July 31, 2017 in Campbellsville. Age: 78 She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church. Marita loved quilting as a hobby and enjoyed giving the quilts to family and friends. She also loved spending time with her family. She united in marriage to Harvey D. Warren who preceded her in death. She later united in marriage to Irvin Wright. Besides her husband, Irvin Wright of Campbellsville, she is survived by one son and one daughter: Michael Warren and wife, Deborah of Savannah, Georgia and Terri Richerson and husband, Sam of Campbellsville; six grandchildren: Rachael Kelly Warren, Elaine Casey Warren, Victoria Kendall Warren, Kevin Richerson and companion, Lisa Kearnes, Tiffany Richerson and companion, Jacob Covin and David Richerson; one great-granddaughter, Presley Covin; one sister, Margaret Meers of Gibson City, Illinois; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
