Terry E. "Tony" Davis

Terry E. “Tony” Davis of Elk Horn, son of the late Willie Davis and Allen Thomas Davis, was born April 30, 1949, in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 11:45 P.M., Tuesday, May 2, 2017 in Campbellsville. Age: 68 He professed faith in Christ and was a member of 3Trees Church and had been a member of Living Grace Church from the beginning. Tony was a retired employee of Cox Interior after eighteen years of service, had worked for Parker-Kalon for twenty-two years, been a member of the Taylor County School Board since 1995 serving as a chairman for several years, member of the Facilities Committee, past Chairman of Democratic Committee and Fourth District Magistrate from 1990-1993. He was also a member of the Casey Creek Masonic Lodge #536 F & AM. Tony united in marriage to Dee Dee St. Clair April 27, 1985. Besides his wife, Dee Dee Davis of Elk Horn, he is survived by one son and one daughter: Jordon Davis of Elk Horn and Christy Quinn and husband, Ryan of Campbellsville; two grandchildren: Haley Vetter and Gavin Vetter of Campbellsville; one sister, Margie Dixon and husband, Tony of Elk Horn; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. He was also preceded in death by a grandson, Logan Davis Vetter and two brothers: Joe Davis and Garry L.
