James L. "Jim" Woodard

James L. “Jim” Woodard of Campbellsville, son of the late Wiley Evert Woodard and Fredas Byers Woodard, was born in Truman, Arkansas, January 10, 1936. He died at 3:00 P.M., Wednesday, February 22, 2017 in Campbellsville. Age: 81 He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Romulus Church of God in Romulus, Michigan. Second only to his love for family and the joy he took in providing for them was the enjoyment he got while hunting and fishing. He united in marriage to Mabel Ison November 2, 1954. Jim spent 31 years working for the General Motors Company. Besides his wife of 62 years, Mabel Woodard, he is survived by two sons and one daughter: James Woodard of Campbellsville, Jeanna Rae White and husband, Ronnie of Clare, Michigan and David Mark Woodard and wife, Marlene of Hamburg, Michigan; three brothers and three sisters: Carl Woodard of Auburn Hills, Michigan, Floyd Woodard and wife, Stella of Campbellsville, Vonnie Logan of Sterling Heights, Michigan, Ted Woodard of Madison Heights, Michigan, Marcia Nimmie and Debbie Mikulin and husband, Steve of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. _______________ VISITATION: 5:00 - 8:00 P.M., Friday, February 24, 2017 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home FUNERAL SERVICE: 11:00 A.M., Saturday, February 25, 2017 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville by Rev.
