Louise Ellis Beard Kilby

Louise Ellis Beard Kilby of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Enoch Elmer Ellis and Amanda “Susie” Brockman Ellis, was born June 17, 1927, in Adair County, Kentucky. She died at 11:38 A.M., Sunday, December 4, 2016 in Hodgenville. Age: 89 She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Southside Christian Church. Louise was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville. She was preceded in death by her three husbands: Alton Ellis in death in 1965, Robert Beard in 1981 and Ervin Kilby on December 1, 2002. She is survived by one daughter, Betty Giles and husband, Arthur of Campbellsville; one step-son, Doug Kilby and wife, Angie of Georgetown; five step-grandchildren; two nieces: Kathy Ellis of Bowling Green and Tabitha Ellis of Campbellsville; one nephew, Mike Ellis of Columbia; and many other relatives and friends.
