Belle Campbell Kessler

Belle Campbell Kessler of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Rev. J.D. Campbell and Celia Osborne Campbell, was born February 15, 1921 in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 1:40 A.M., Friday, July 15, 2016 in Campbellsville. Age: 95 She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Campbellsville First Church of God. She was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom and had also worked at American Needle Craft. She united in marriage to Ottis Kessler on March 7, 1942. He preceded her in death on October 10, 1983. She is survived by two daughters: Donna Baker and husband, Bobby of Campbellsville and Bettie Thompson of Hardyville; two grandchildren: Vonda Reynolds of Munfordville and Brett Thompson of Hardyville; five great-grandchildren: Amber Reynolds, Aaron Thompson, Andy Thompson, Nathan Reynolds and Katelyn Jessi; one great-great-grandchild, Oakley Jessi; three brothers and two sisters: Earl Campbell of Campbellsville, Clarence Campbell of Virginia, Willard Campbell of Massachusetts, Rose Williams of Glasgow and Edna Dixon of Illinois; one sister-in-law, Marjorie Campbell of Campbellsville; one brother-in-law, Lester Cox of Illinois and a special friend, Dreama Rafferty of Campbellsville. She was also preceded in death by a son-in-law, Donald Thompson; three brothers and three sisters: Albert Campbell, Howard Campbell, Charles Junior Campbell, Connie Lester, Bonnie Cox and Barbara McCowen. _______________ VISITATION: 5:00-9:00 P.M., Saturday, July 16, 2016 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville FUNERAL SERVICE: 2:00 P.M., Sunday, July 17, 2016 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville by Bro.
