Aletta Kay Shofner Johns of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Oscar W. Shofner and Alma Sidebottom Shofner, was born August 23, 1964, in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 9:15 A.M., Wednesday, July 6, 2016 in Campbellsville surrounded by her loving family. Age: 51
She was a former employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville.
She professed faith in Christ.
She is survived by two sons: Adam Johns of Campbellsville and Eric Johns of Frankfort; one brother, Larry Shofner and wife, Glenna of Campbellsville; one niece, Brandi Graham and husband, Jody of Las Vegas, Nevada; one great-niece and one great-nephew: Sully Graham and Dayne Graham of Las Vegas, Nevada;
and many other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by one brother and one sister: Bobby Shofner August 19, 2004 and Phyllis Sullivan July 24, 2013.

Per Aletta’s wishes, cremation was chosen and the family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
