Edwin Blevins of Campbellsville, son of the late Ira Blevins and Lillie Richerson Blevins, was born January 23, 1924, in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 1:30 P.M., Sunday, June 26, 2016 in Campbellsville. Age: 92 He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Good Hope Baptist Church. He was a retired farmer and was former owner and operator of B & B Landscaping. He united in marriage to Nell Colvin November 17, 1942. Besides his wife, Nell C. Blevins of Campbellsville, he is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Gil and Laurel Blevins of Campbellsville; two grandchildren: Sherri Hudson and husband, Ashley of Glasgow and Jeff Blevins and fiancée, Noel Theobald of Columbus, Ohio; four grandchildren: Aidan Blevins, Natalie Hudson, Sarah Hudson and Claire Blevins; three step-grandchildren: Kelly Donahue, Trisha Gaier and Todd Hartman; five step-great-grandchildren: Rachel Tucker, Patrick Donahue, McCall Milby, Natalie Gaier and Lily Hartman; one brother, Bob Blevins and wife, Carolyn of Lexington; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister, Ray Blevins, Carroll Blevins, Les Blevins, Elizabeth Rakes and a sister in infancy.
