Dewayne Hayes of Elkhorn, son of Carroll “Joe” Hayes and Laura Cox was born September 6, 1965, in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 5:29 P.M., Saturday, March 12, 2016 in Louisville. Age: 50 He was a former Truck Driver for Conway. He united in marriage to Connie Downer on November 22, 1989. Besides his wife, Connie Hayes of Elkhorn he is survived by one daughter and one son, Hannah Hayes of West Plains, Missouri and Ethan Hayes of Elkhorn; father, Carroll “Joe” Hayes of Elkhorn; mother and step-father, Laura Cox and Keith Cox of Elkhorn; two sisters and one brother: Sharon Hayes and Kelly Wayne and husband, Neal of Campbellsville and Chris Hayes and wife, Erica of Lebanon, several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many other relatives and friends. ________________ VISITATION: 5:00 - 8:00 P.M., Monday, March 14, 2016 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home FUNERAL SERVICE: 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville by Rev.
