Ruth Bryant Mardis

Ruth Bryant Mardis, daughter of the late Dr. James L. Robinson and Josephine Dalby Robinson, was born in Pontotoc, Mississippi, March 4, 1920. She died at 7:50 A.M., Tuesday, December 1, 2015 in Louisville. Age: 95 She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Campbellsville Baptist Church. She was a retired schoolteacher with the Taylor County and Marion County School Systems. She was a graduate of Georgetown College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. She united in marriage to James G. Bryant October 14, 1941. He preceded her in death in May 16, 1981. She united in marriage to Dr. Richard E. Mardis December 14, 1986. He preceded her in death September 6, 1994. She united in marriage to Dr. Paul W. Graham in 2002. Besides her husband, Dr. Paul W. Graham, she is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, James W. and Mary Bryant of Louisville; one grandson, Blair Bryant of Louisville; one brother, Harry D. Robinson and wife, Barbara of Port St. Lucie, Florida; one niece, Becky Munshower and husband, Bob of Orlando, Florida; special friends: Maydean Curry, Betty Metzmeier and Wanda Milby of Campbellsville; and many other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by a brother, James L.
