Deloris Ann Merritt Vance

Deloris Ann Merritt Vance of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Jesse Merritt and Marie McNear Merritt, was born in Taylor County, Kentucky, April 29, 1939. She died at 6:27 P.M., Monday, November 30, 2015 in Greensburg. Age: 76 She professed faith in Christ and attended the First Church of God. She was a former employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville for many years and also Campbellsville Independent School System. She united in marriage to Wendell Vance April 3, 1959. He preceded her in death October 19, 2002. She is survived by one daughter, Melissa Rogers and fiancé, Tim Bell of Campbellsville; two grandsons: Cody Allen Smith and fiancée, Brandi McGuire and Matthew James Rogers of Campbellsville; one great-grandson, Sevastian Liam Smith of Campbellsville; two sisters: Marilyn Bell of Cecilia and Shirley Jenkins of Michigan; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
