Cathy Faye Lesley of Campbellsville, daughter of the late, Kanowha Ritchie and Margie Everage Ritchie was born July 23, 1961 in Knott County, Kentucky. She died at 6:00 A.M., Saturday, October 24, 2015 in Campbellsville. Age:54 She professed faith in Christ and was of the Christian Faith. She was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband, Dewey Lesley; one daughter, Amanda Skaggs and husband, Brandon; three grandsons: Jacob, Manny and Frankie Skaggs; two sisters: Diane Amburgey and husband, Johnny and Janie Ritchie of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Kevin Ritchie October 18, 2013.
