Opha Nathaniel Lyons, of Campbellsville, formerly of Battletown, son of the late Rev. Stanley Lyons and Anna Mae Dodson Lyons, was born in Breckinridge County, Kentucky, October 31, 1959. He died at 5:40 A.M., Tuesday, September 15, 2015, in Campbellsville. Age: 55 He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Wolf Creek Baptist Church in Battletown. He was a former owner of Lyons & Sons Construction Company. He united in marriage to Celia Davis March 19, 1988. Besides his wife, Celia Davis Lyons, he is survived by one son, Nathaniel Dakota Lyons of Campbellsville; one brother and four sisters: Zandra Bruner and husband, Boyce of Mt. Washington, Rev. Douglas Lyons and wife, Patty, Jodetta Hale and husband, Billy of Bowling Green, Davalyn Troxle and husband, Jr. of Hardinsburg and Clotene Courier and husband, Russ of Georgetown; one brother-in-law, Rick Robbins of Hardinsburg; his mother-in-law, Sandra Davis of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
