Bernice Marcum

Bernice Marcum of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Olen Knight and Ruth Stapleton Knight, was born June 24, 1931, in Adair County, Kentucky. She died at 11:46 P.M., Sunday, July 19, 2015 in Campbellsville. Age: 84 She professed faith in Christ and was a member of St. Mark United Methodist Church. She was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville after forty-one years of service and also an employee of Due Dirty Laundry for eight years. She united in marriage to Walter “Woodie” Marcum February 28, 1959. He preceded her in death September 11, 2002. She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Doug and Julie Marcum of Campbellsville; one grandson, Corey Marcum of Campbellsville; one step-grandson, Brandon Bowling of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
