Bernice Underwood

Bernice Underwood, daughter of the late, Howard Lee Hedgespeth and Letha Belle Sprowles Hedgespeth was born March 21, 1946 in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died Friday, July 17, 2015 in Somerset. Age: 69 She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Mt. Roberts Baptist Church. She united in marriage to Donald Underwood February 28, 1965. Besides her husband, Donald Underwood of Campbellsville, she is survived by two sons: James Underwood and wife, Tammy and Stephen Underwood and girlfriend, Tina Kerns; one grandson, Scott Lee Underwood, and girlfriend, Sarah Cain; two step-grandchildren, Justin and Kobe; one step-great-grandson, Alec; one brother, James Hedgespeth, a sister-in-law, Mary Lois Underwood, a special friend, Ann Milby; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by a sister, Aileen Allen.
