Wayne R. Phillips

Wayne R. Phillips, Glasgow, formerly of Campbellsville, son of the late Hugh Leonard Phillips and Rebecca Wilson Phillips, was born March 23, 1943 in Peoria, Illinois. He died at 7:05 P.M., Monday, June 22, 2015 in Glasgow. Age: 72 He is survived by two brothers and one sister: Bobby Phillips of Magnolia, Rollin Phillips of Louisville and Brenda Siegrist of Holiday, Florida; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. He was also preceded in death by two brothers and one sister: William Edward Phillips and Charles Phillips and Nellie Jane Phillips in infancy. __________ Cremation was chosen by the family.
