Sylvia Louise Druin Cave

Sylvia Louise Druin Cave of Utica, formerly of Campbellsville, daughter of the late William Andy Druin and Gertrude Katherine Vaughn Druin, was born June 20, 1936 in Taylor County, Kentucky. She went to be with the Lord at 10:15 A.M., Thursday, May 28, 2015 in Owensboro. Age: 78 She professed faith in Christ at a young age and was a long-time member of Campbellsville Baptist Church and was a current member of Buck Creek Baptist Church in Utica, Kentucky. She was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville. She united in marriage to W. G. Cave, who preceded her in death December 9, 2009. She is survived by four daughters: Dana Caulk of Campbellsville, Kathy Young and husband, Coy of Utica, Tanya Dyson and husband, Rob and Cherie Knifley and husband, Carl of Louisville; six grandchildren: Jacob Caulk and fiancee’, Courtney Smith, Andrea Caulk, Elizabeth Jordan Cobban and husband, Bryan, Tyler Dyson, Kelsey Dyson and Haley Dyson; two step-grandchildren: Elaine Young Metzger and husband, Doran and their sons, Collin and Cameron and Jeremy Young and wife, Jill ; one brother and two sisters: Noel Barkley “ Bob” Druin and wife, Mildred of Campbellsville, Kaye Judd of Greensburg, Marietta Jeffries of Bedford, Indiana; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
