Frankie Johns of Madison, Tennessee, formerly of Campbellsville, son of the late Oakley Johns and Elizabeth Eads Johns, was born May 14, 1936, in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died Wednesday, May 13, 2015, in Madison, Tennessee. Age: 78 He professed faith in Christ and was a member of First United Methodist Church in Campbellsville. He was a retired independent insurance agent. He united in marriage to Jane Marple May 29, 1955. Besides his wife, Jane Johns of Madison, Tennessee, he is survived by four sons and one daughter: Todd Johns and wife, Angela and Kevin Johns and wife, Betty of Campbellsville, David Johns of Frankfort, Mitchell Johns and Melissa Hamilton and husband, Darrell of Goodlettsville, Tennessee; thirteen grandchildren: Nick Johns, Tabitha Benningfield and husband, Reed, Gretchen Warner and husband, Chad, Samantha Farmer and husband, Greg, Justin Johns and wife, Pam, Jenna Hammons and husband, Joe, Jessica McCubbins and husband, Barry, Brady Frey and wife, Whitney, Adam Johns, Eric Johns, Hunter Hamilton, Hannah Hamilton and Blake Frey; ten great-grandchildren; one brother, Doug Johns of Clarksville, Tennessee; two nieces and one nephew and many other relatives and friends.
