John Douglas "Shorty" Gabehart

John Douglas “Shorty” Gabehart of Campbellsville, son of Corinne “Polly” Carter Gabehart and the late Ernest S. Gabehart, was born October 19, 1953, in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 4:37 A.M., Friday, April 17, 2015 in Louisville. Age: 61 He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Lowell Avenue Baptist Church. He was a retired semi-truck driver and manager of Cox Interior truck garage for fifteen plus years. He is survived by two daughters: Nicole Dicken and husband, Rongie of Campbellsville and Angela Raines and husband, Klint of Crosby, Texas; four grandchildren: Keeley Dicken, Cody Raines, Blake Raines and Kaitlyn Raines; his mother, Corinne “Polly” Gabehart of Campbellsville; one brother and two sisters: Ernie Gabehart and wife, Hilda, Sharon Sue Simpson and husband, Jeff and Pam Thompson and husband, Philip of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. _______________ VISITAITON: 5:00-8:00 P.M., Sunday, April 19, 2015 at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville FUNERAL SERVICE: 1:00 P.M., Monday, April 20, 2015 at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville by Rev.
