David T. Martin

David T. Martin of Campbellsville, son of the late Ray Thomas Martin and Gennie Ann DeWitt Martin, was born September 22, 1926, in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 7:40 P.M., Saturday, January 17, 2015 in Campbellsville. Age: 88 He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church. He was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville. He united in marriage to Zelma Mae Miller October 19, 1945. She preceded him in death April 8, 2012. He is survived by one daughter, Barbara Hines Holbrook of Chattanooga, Tennessee; one great-grandson, Christopher Tyler Joyce of Lebanon, Ohio; two nephews: Lee Allen and wife, Jennie and Raymond Allen and wife, Jessie of Campbellsville; one sister-in-law, Ivagene DeWitt of Campbellsville; and many other relatives and friends.
