Billy Gene Blankenship

Billy Gene Blankenship of Campbellsville, son of the late Genie Blankenship and Lovie Dile Blankenship, was born November 15, 1936, in Green County, Kentucky. He died at 2:35 P.M., Tuesday, January 13, 2015 in Louisville. Age: 78 He was a retired fork lift driver with Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville. He united in marriage to Rachel DeWitt December 6, 1958. Besides his wife, Rachel Blankenship, he is survived by one son and two daughters: Michael Blankenship and wife, Glenda of Bowling Green, Chasity Lococo and husband, Dave of Louisville and Debbie Foley and husband, Ronnie of Summersville; five grandchildren: Brandie Young and husband, Clint, Megan Blankenship and Wade Howard of Bowling Green, Vincent Lococo and Anna Lococo of Louisville; two great-grandchildren: Nicole Young and Brandon Young; one brother, Gilbert “Bill” Blankenship of Georgetown; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
