Dale Miller, of Campbellsville, son of the late Russell Miller and Iva Murrell Miller, was born November 9, 1929, in Green County, Kentucky. He died at 10:45 P.M., Friday, September 19, 2014 in Lebanon. Age: 84 He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Hogards Chapel United Methodist Church. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict and served his country honorably in the United States Army. He was a member of the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels. He was a retired appliance salesman having worked at Henry Durham and Son, Crabtree Firestone Store and Noe and Ratcliffe. He united in marriage to Dorene Dowell, March 22, 1953. Besides his wife, Dorene Miller, he is survived by two daughters: Ann Moss and husband, George of Campbellsville and Pat Hartman and husband, Bill of Hanover, Indiana; five grandchildren: Jeremy Smith and wife, Lisa, Jamie Smith and wife, Trena, Amanda Wilson, Megan Bays and Grant Bays all of Campbellsville; eight great-grandchildren: Payton Reynolds, Wesley Reynolds, Avery Smith, Blaine Smith, Owen Smith, Olivia Smith, Lily Kate Smith and Kyler Wilson; one brother and one sister: Deston Miller and wife, Gloria of Fayetteville, North Carolina and Mary Lynn Netherland of Austin, Texas; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
