Louise Fenwick of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Martin Smith and Cora Taylor Smith, was born in Greenwood, Indiana, September 12, 1931. She died at 6:30 A.M., Sunday, March 23, 2014 in Campbellsville. Age: 82She was a retired sales clerk at Woodson Lewis in Greensburg, Kentucky.She was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church.She united in marriage to Cleo Fenwick August 1, 1949. He preceded her in death April 15, 2001.She is survived by two daughters and one son: Debbie Lollar and husband, Mark of Campbellsville, Linda Hughes and husband, Rex of Naples, Florida and Larry Fenwick and wife, Stephanie, of Glendora, California; four grandchildren: Lindsay Phelps and husband, Ben of Lexington, Brian Jones of Austin, Texas, Katie Hickman and husband, Alan of Glendora, California and Cheri Smith and husband, Jared of Killeen, Texas; one great-granddaughter, Emery Smith; two sisters: Doris Isaacs and husband, Roy of Ohio and Kathleen Yates of Indiana; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.She was preceded in death by five brothers and one sister: Minor Smith, Glen Smith, David Smith, Leon Smith, Ivan Smith and Helen Seibert.
