Charles Burress

Charles Burress of Mannsville, son of the late Virgil Burress and Elizabeth Light Burress, was born on October 10, 1940 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 12:15 A.M., Saturday, May 31, 2014 in Greensburg. Age: 73He was a former employee of Warner Fertilizer in Campbellsville as well as the Taylor County Road Department.He was united in marriage to JoAnn Williams on April 6, 1962. She preceded him in death on May 16, 2010.He is survived by one daughter and one son: Jenise Sherrill of Mannsville and Biggen Burress and wife, Kristi of Campbellsville; one step-granddaughter, Georgia Cash of Mannsville; one sister, Louise Spurling and husband, Gary of ElkHorn; several other relatives and friends.He was also preceded in death by an infant son, Charles Wayne Burress and one brother, Ralph Burress.
