Sarah Lee Page Wayne of Campbellsville, daughter of the late William Andy Page and Mary Candice Rafferty Page, was born March 21, 1921, in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at10:11P.M., Thursday, June 12, 2014, in Jackson, Tennessee. Age: 93 She professed faith in Christ and was a member of First United Methodist Church.She was a former lunchroom employee at Campbellsville Elementary School and Taylor County Elementary School, former employee of Boston?s Mini Home, Metzmeier Nursing Home, and for many years did wonderful caretaking in people?s homes.She united in marriage to Walter Wayne October 31, 1939. He preceded her in death July 9, 1961.She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Walt Hedges of Jackson, Tennessee; one former daughter-in-law: Alla Rae Janes of Campbellsville; three granddaughters and one grandson: Denean Hendren and husband, Seth of Medina, Tennessee, Robin Brown and husband, Steven of Alpharetta, Georgia, Wendy Sabo and husband, John and Neil Wayne of Campbellsville; step-granddaughter, Nikki Salyers and husband, Logan of Campbellsville; eight great-grandchildren: Megan Brown, Laura Brown, William Brown, Andy Sabo, Jack Sabo, MaKenzie Hendren, Michael Hendren, and Will Hendren; three step-great-grandchildren: Chelcie Salyers, Hunter Salyers, and Levi Salyers; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.She was also preceded in death by a son, Merlin Wayne August 5, 2012 and four sisters and three brothers: Jessie Benningfield, Emma Farmer, Margaret Tucker, Ada Aileen Page, Lafe Page, Frank Page, and James Colvin.
