Age: 47 He is survived by two brothers and one half-sister: Kevin O?Bannon and wife, Debra of Campbellsville, Michael O?Bannon of Louisville and Diane O?Bannon of Houston; many other relatives and friends.He was also preceded in death by a sister, Erin O?Bannon.
